WOOD

Siberian pine - coated with acrylic veneer

* Acrylic veneer coating in 5 decors (bleached oak, oak, dark oak, American walnut and white acrylic) and painting full tones according to the RAL chart.

* LAMINATED THREE-LAYER (classic and premium) and FOUR-LAYER (polar) glued with D4 waterproof glue, which reduces any bending and deformation of the wood where it accelerates and the strength of the window itself.

POLYAMIDE COUPLING

Serves to separate 2 different materials to prevent condensation and wood rot. The window itself has a ventilation system of two different materials. It is made of pure polyamide.

ALUMINUM

Made of pure aluminum. During extrusion (casting), the aging process of aluminum is performed which further improves the quality itself. This process gained strength and stability.

* Welding of aluminum is done by welding at each joint and thus gaining strength at geru (45 *) which cannot explode through exploitation (remains firm).

* Chromatization is the process of preparing aluminum before plasticization. Raw aluminum is immersed in a liquid that corrodes and cleans it, leaving a protective layer of chromium which is an ideal base for plasticization where in the process of exploitation there can be no peeling of aluminum.

* Plasticization of aluminum is a process (on pre-treated aluminum) of Pulver powder that is applied with an electrostatic gun and then baked at 180 * C to 200 * C. The colors are plasticized can be determined by RALU (German Katra-Tiger tone) and DB-U (special colors).

TIRES - DEVENTER

German manufacturer. It does not contain EPDM (plastic) - a material that over time makes rubber from plastic. U it has a TPS (thermoelastic elastomer).

- Suffers temperature range from -40 * C to + 180 * C

* Tire warranty is 10 years
